What are Collagen Stimulators?

Sculptra is unique and unlike any other dermal filler on the market today. While other fillers are composed of Hyaluronic Acid, they are typically only used to treat one area, often being placed on the bone, such as the cheek, nasolabial folds, lips, or under-eyes.

These fillers produce immediate results that only last for several months.

Sculptra is completely different from these traditional fillers. Sculptra affects the foundation of the face, restoring the underlying structure of the skin.

As a poly-L-lactic acid, Sculptra helps stimulate collagen production. As soon as you receive an injection you will see a difference immediately, those results will be gone the next day. This is because your body takes 4-6 weeks to produce its own collagen.

With most Sculptra patients receiving three injections over the course of three to four months, results appear gradually. Sculptra results can last more than two years.
